How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send a tracking number to your email address.

What is your returns policy?
At GVIELLE, we want you to love your lash extensions, lash tools, makeup bags and skincare accessories. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return requirements
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened lash extensions, used skincare accessories and sale items are non-returnable.
How to return an item
Email gvielleshops@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide a return authorisation within 2 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different style or size, subject to stock availability. Please mention your preferred style or size when contacting us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, exchange or other suitable resolution.
How do I apply cluster lashes?
1. Curl your natural lashes and apply mascara if desired. 2. Apply lash bond along your lash line. 3. Starting from the outer corner, place each cluster underneath your natural lashes using tweezers. 4. Press gently to secure and seal with lash seal. 5. Repeat until you reach your desired look. Tip: Start with fewer clusters for a natural look and build up from there!
