We want you to love your GVIELLE purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Items

• Lash tools and accessories in original, unopened condition
• Makeup bags and pouches that are unused and undamaged

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Lash extensions (opened)
• Skincare accessories that have been used
• Sale or discounted items

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@gvielle.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll review and send you a return authorisation within 2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service — return shipping is at the customer's cost
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for it to appear depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different style or size, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
